Terms of Use

These are the terms under which you may use Artovan, a watch-first filmmaking companion for Android currently in closed internal test. By installing the app from an invitation link, you agree to these terms.

1. The closed test

Artovan is offered as a closed internal test on Google Play Console. Access is by invitation. Builds may change frequently, features may break, and the app may be removed from your device by an updated build. You acknowledge the pre-release nature of the software.

2. Your account and your Drive

Artovan uses your own Google account for sign-in and writes recordings to your own Google Drive. You are responsible for the security of that account. You can revoke Artovan's access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of everything you record with Artovan. We claim no license to your recordings, your project metadata, or anything stored in your Drive. We do not have access to your Drive folder.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Artovan to record other people without consent where consent is required by law. You may not redistribute or reverse-engineer the test build outside the closed-test program. Use Artovan to make work you are proud to put your name on.

5. Feedback

If you send feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them to improve Artovan, without obligation to compensate or credit you. Your recordings are not feedback and are never sent.

6. No warranty

Artovan is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The pre-release software may lose data, fail to upload, drain your battery, or otherwise misbehave. Keep local backups of anything that matters until you have confirmed it is in Drive.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Artovan Studio is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of recordings or missed shots.

8. Termination

We may end your access to the closed test at any time without notice. You may stop using Artovan at any time by uninstalling. Your data on your device and in your Drive remains yours.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Jakarta.

10. Changes

If these terms change, the version string at the top updates and invited testers are notified by email.
